The Community Centre, next door to the Post Office was acquired by the Village for the use of the people of the Village.  There is a playgroup which runs during school term time, the Brownies meet here and there is a weekly Autumn Club for the Senior Citizens.  Children have their birthday parties here and many other activities go on.

The local Weight Watchers Group will meet here from 6.15 p.m. to 8.00 p.m. on Tuesday evenings.
