The Millennium Oak Tree was planted by the Mayor of Blackburn with Darwen, Councillor Jack Berry, to mark the start of the work on our Millennium Green. It is hoped that as it grows, the pleasure that people derive from this pleasant, quiet, open space will increase in similar proportions. |
